This pretty little Afghan Chuval dates back to the 1920s, is well drawn with fantastic colour.

It is in excellent condition for its age, being barely used, so would make a great rug or display with its rich colours. It is wool on wool, giving it a soft feel.

With barely any wear and full pile, it is suitable for normal domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non slip underlayer, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
