Who we are
Sussex Oriental Rugs was established in 1976 and is now proud to be one of the largest suppliers of handmade Oriental Rugs in the UK. Our passion and vast knowledge in old and antique rugs, combined with 40 years of invaluable experience in trading mean we are able to offer the best quality goods along with reliable and friendly service. We are happy to visit customers at their homes to provide advise and try rugs in situ.
What we do
Our roots are firmly based in the world of exquisite rugs, carpets and kilims. We specialise in rug restoration, rug repair and rug cleaning as well as maintaining a large stock of antique, old, semi-old and new hand-made rugs, stools and cushions. We source the best examples of each type of rug globally, all handmade using either wool or silk yarns, and have a large international customer base.
