A beautiful 1900’s Turkish Kayseri.

This rug has been made with manchester cotton used as warp on a silk pile. Made with all vegetable dyes this is a very good example of its type.

This would make a fantastic wall hanging, the actual rug is very low but the beautiful pattern is still there, suitable for lighter use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
