A spectacular 1900’s Persian rug.

This sought after room sized Mahal is a very decorative piece, featuring a minakani design. This beautifully drawn symmetrical rug is woven with all natural wool on a cotton foundation and coloured dyes which derive from vegetables making it everlasting.

In fantastic condition for its age this Persian Mahal could dress any large room perfectly and is suitable for normal to heavy domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
