This handmade 19th century Persian Salor carpet has been handmade with fine natural wool on a wool foundation and is a good example of its type.

Its well-drawn design stands out with its symmetrical design brough to life with rich bold colours, derived from vegetable dye.

In perfect condition, soft and glossy, suitable for all domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
