This is a lovely example of a Kurdish rug which could also be used as a Runner.

This is a nice rustic rug with soft pastel colours and intricate memling guls.

It is not uncommon for Kurdish village rugs to be slightly misshapen, like this one.

It is in good condition with even wear and medium pile.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non slip underlayer, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
