A stunning Sarabend rug dating back to the 1910’s - 1920’s.

Made from natural wool on a cotton foundatio, featuring stunning boteh and an intricate border.

This well drawn carpet of a useful and unusual size is brought to life with bold colours derived from all vegetable dyes.

In fantastic condition this antique carpet is suitable for normal or heavy domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
