An incredibly pretty 1940’s Kayseri Kilim.

Made from wonderful natural wool on a wool foundation with natural colours to highlight a well drawn design.

This kilim features soft little ‘filik’ pieces, some weavers put these in and were said to at the same time make wishes, and so it was noticed and sold.

Lovely bold antique Turkish kilim with pretty yet historical features, in fantastic condition, suitable for normal domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
