A beautiful small Turkish kilim of cicim weaving technique from the Bergama region.

This intricate kilim dates back to the 1920’s featuring a pretty lattice design well made with wool, cicim is an embroidered weaving technique used for this kilim.

It has pleasing rich colours made from natural vegetable dyes, is of a desirable squarish size.

In excellent condition with no wear at all, this lovely piece is suitable for normal or heavy domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
